Membership terms
Urban Club costs $79 per year and lasts 365 days from activation. Auto-renewal is optional and off by default — it only applies if you explicitly turn it on, and you can cancel it any time before your next billing date from this page (benefits stay active through the paid year). Free delivery applies to delivery orders of $20+ (before tax, tips and fees). One free eligible item per account per calendar day with a $12+ purchase, up to the posted item value — not exchangeable for cash. Urban Credits are earned on completed pickup and dine-in orders and reversed on cancellation. Benefits don't apply to Urban Gold & Diamonds.
